Matchory by Wiegand Sourcing UG (haftungsbeschränkt) sources and compares international factories based on customer’s production inquiries. Matchory introduces customers to suitable manufacturers based on the Matchory factory rating system. Subsequently Matchory managers guide customers through the process of arranging their production.
To ensure customers are matched to their most suitable factory, all factories are selected solely based on the Matchory factory rating system. Matchory acts completely independent from any factory relationships. Factories which decline Matchory’s cooperation terms or regularly fail to answer production requests can not be matched.
Matchory is free for customers. All Matchory fees are paid for by the factories.
Matchory assumes no liability for possible complications before, during or after productions. All liabilities are only between exporter and importer. Customers are advised to check their manufacturers business registrations as well as their contacts identity and employment contract before making payments. The importer and exporter are liable for transaction safety, quality, delivery and product safety. For a successful production, Matchory receives a copy of all e-mails to and from matched factories. This enables Matchory managers to guide customers through the process of arranging better productions. We do not refer to import regulations, product safety or product liability laws of our customers’ countries. Customers shall pay attention to the respective import regulations. In addition, importers must ensure that all products comply with the quality requirements and product inspections of their country.
Matchory’s team and technology are currently solely used by Wiegand Sourcing UG (haftungsbeschränkt). All business transactions of Matchory are part of Wiegand Sourcing UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
